Milestone Update: Xplorate Selected for Australian Federal Government Panel

We’re proud to announce that Xplorate Pacific has been selected as a supplier for the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) Panel for Uncrewed Systems Goods and Services.

This achievement marks a strategic milestone in our mission to deliver advanced drone solutions across Australia’s most critical sectors—from climate resilience and environmental protection to infrastructure and emergency response.

Why This Matters

Through this Standing Offer arrangement, Xplorate is now pre-qualified to provide services under the following key capabilities:

• Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations

• Surveying and mapping

• Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) services

Collectively, these capabilities align with over A$300 million in addressable government spending across environment, infrastructure, and emergency response sectors over the next 3–5 years.

The selection followed a rigorous evaluation process by the Department, assessing providers across technical capability, safety systems, operational history, and environmental responsibility. We’re proud that our team’s expertise, systems and record of performance stood out.

This panel is part of a wider national push to integrate innovative drone technologies into public service delivery. With Australia’s government investing significantly in uncrewed systems, this inclusion positions Xplorate to support high-impact projects across environmental monitoring, disaster response, and sustainable development.
